Pebble
Thoughtful thieves to the last, Pebble Mice have the innate ability to determine the weight of things. They spend most of their time on the vast mountainside, looking for pebbles of just the right size, shape, and weight. When they encounter a trap, they very carefully use these pebbles to replace the cheese, which fools the trap into thinking that the cheese is still there. Obviously, this tactic garners mixed results, depending on the sophistication of the trap.

Frozen
This mouse thought that its lucky day had finally come around when it saw a giant wedge of cheese floating on the surface of a freezing lake, but unfortunately, that's where the Frozen Mouse's luck ended. Because it's surrounded in a shield of solid ice, the other mice give it all the dirtiest jobs to do. The Frozen Mouse's latest job is to sit on traps and catch the mechanisms as they spring, which makes it wish for the season of spring all the more.

Fog
Shy and fond of seclusion, the Gnawnian Fog mouse surrounds itself with a protective shield of cloud to avoid persecution. Fog mice usually maintain a healthy distance from one another, but, on occasion, they will band together and create thick, grey storm clouds. These storms, called 'Furricanes' by the locals, possess the ability to flatten whole towns. As a result, hunters ruthlessly pursue Fog mice whenever they start to grow too numerous.

Frosty Snow
The mouse on top of this little arrangement is the architect of a rather ingenious pyramid scheme. You see, he managed to convince the other two that if they agreed to roll themselves into the bigger snowballs at the bottom of the snowman, they would receive a commission of cheese in a matter of four to six weeks. Of course, there wasn't really any cheese. . . only a carrot, and there's only room for one carrot on a snowman.

Silvertail
Using its nearly impervious tail, the Silvertail mouse can solve problems that leave other mice scratching their heads. When confronting a trap, it simply wraps its namesake around the cheese, and ignores the sparks and bent mechanisms that follow. Extreme heat is one of its tail's few weaknesses, but hunters avoid melting the silver this way. Because of the tail's value as a lucky charm, an intact Silver Tail is worth a hefty reward from local merchants.

Craggy Ore
A small ore-like mouse that hides in plain sight upon the Mountain path. This mouse curls up near ore deposits and waits for stronger mice to pummel their way through before lightly snacking on the leftover piles of crumbled rock.

Slope Swimmer
With webbed feet and rock-shredding spines, this mouse frolics all up and down the mountainous slope with the greatest of ease. This mouse can be seen tunnelling into the Mountain for a treat or two when he gets hungry.

Abominable Snow
Abominable Snow mice are far from bashful. They love to play innocent pranks that always seem to involve pelting others with a barrage of snowballs. These mice are occasionally seen wandering down from the Mountains to give hunters a hard time.
